Design/Sales Consultant
In-home sales of sunrooms, windows and awnings. Personable sales professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners and discussing improvements on their home that truly changes the way they feel about the way they live. All leads are provided, no cold calling. This position requires day and/or evening sales calls as well as Saturdays. Draw against Commission pay with benefits, up to 6 figure earnings. (Fulltime).
Qualifications and Characteristics:
Strong sales experience
In-home sales experience preferred, but not necessary
Construction background helpful
Professional appearance & professional sales skills
Good follow through and customer service
Formal sales presentation experience
Events Booth Attendant
Have fun educating consumers on the benefits of sunrooms, awnings and replacement windows at various events such as: Home Shows, Boat Shows, Cooking Expos, Home & Garden Shows, Wine Festivals, Sporting Venues, Fairs, & More. Our Event Attendants enjoy educating people and promoting a living-style that can only be enjoyed with a sunroom. Training is provided, and there is some local travel. (Part-time)
Qualifications and Characteristics:
Highly motivated, reliable and mature individuals who are professional and able to work independently.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekend hours and occasional week days or nights.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Upbeat personality, Outgoing and likes to talk to people
Do you like talking to people? Do you enjoy being on the phone? We need mature, dependable and professional people to set appointments for our sales team. You will be making outbound calls to people who have already expressed interest in our product and need a sales appointment for more information and prices. Great hourly rate plus bonuses. No sales required or cold calling required! (Part-time)

Build sunrooms throughout the mid-south for the 3rd largest sunroom dealer for Craft-Bilt. This is a promotable position to Lead Installer. We offer training for the skills needed to install sunrooms. After a short field evaluation period, applicant may also be considered for further training by the manufacturer to become certified with the possibility of advancement to Lead Installer. It is anticipated that the right candidate can expect to work an average of 50 to 55 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend work schedules are generally few and far between and are typically voluntary per truck.
Requirements,Pay and Benefits
We pay competitive wages as well as offer exceptional health, dental and life insurance benefits. National holidays are time off with pay after 60 days of employment. A company truck and all power tools required to construct the patio rooms are supplied. We pay drive time as well as time and a half over 40 hours per week.
2 years verifiable construction experience, proficient in the use of different varieties of small hand tools (cordless, electric and/or gas powered)
