Betterliving Screen SunroomsScreen Rooms are custom made to your specifications and available in two styles: 18 inch high knee-wall which can be made of a solid foam filled panel or an aluminum kick-plate with your choice of screen material with your choice of black fiberglass or aluminum. We also offer full height screen with a cross rail approximately 18" from the base style. Regardless of the style you choose, our Screen Rooms are comprised of custom wall sections. Options include: storm or patio doors with screen only, two standard colors - white and desert sand, and kick-plate or screen transom for wall systems over the standard height. The screen room can be built in custom heights with screen transoms.
Screen rooms can be built under an existing roof. We can also build your screen room on an existing deck or patio. If you don’t have a deck or patio, we can build the foundation for you. A screen room is not designed to keep the elements out of your room, so rain and wind will come into your room. (If you choose the style with kick plate & screen, you can, at any time, easily and economically upgrade to a three season room.) delete.
