Room Design

Your sunroom can built anywhere on your home.  Sunrooms are usually built on an existing deck or patio area.   The style of sunrooms is either a Gable roof line, with a vaulted ceiling, or a studio, sloped style roof line. You can build your room in almost any size. Mostly this is determined by your need for space, your existing home, your expectations and your budget. Many people have existing porches they convert to sunroom spaces. The Betterliving professional Design Consultants will work with you closely to choose the room design, size, color, and style that fits your home and your lifestyle. They will guide you through the process, offer advice, and develop a detailed proposal for your approval.

Room Construction

Sunrooms can easily be added to nearly every home floor plan. A typical, custom-made Betterliving sunroom is built on top of an existing slab or deck; it can range from a 10' x 12' single-sitting area to a 12' x 16' standard-size room and larger. There are a variety of styles and roof designs, including studio (slanted), gable (vaulted), and conservatories (which has a look emanate of a classic English Victorian greenhouse.) and under an existing roof which can be any style or design.

Betterliving Sunrooms are constructed from composite roof panels, aluminum or vinyl frames, and sliding glass door and window wall units, custom designed to your specifications. Whether you prefer walls of glass or solid knee walls for privacy, your room can be built the way you want it!
